Now is the time to do the home improvements to protect your investment in your manufactured home. You may want to take the time to walk around your home and make a list of what may need to be done. Has the mower caused any damage to your skirting and does it need to be replaced before winter? Will your vents need fresh exterior caulking to prevent water damage inside your home from any summer rains? Does your home need to be power washed or a fresh coast of paint? Don't forget to check the gutters on your home to remove any leaf debris that may stop up your gutters and cause leaks around your windows. If you need help financing the improvments to your home please contact our office at 474-4242 as we could possibly offer low interest rates for decking materials, paint supplies, skirting, etc.

Holiday Refuse Collection Schedule for City of Columbia:

New Years Day, Martin Luther King Holiday, Memorial Day, July 4th Holiday, Labor Day, Thankgiving Day,and Christmas Day.

Refuse collection will be delayed one day after the holiday for the remainder of that week.
